Is there a deeper level of restore/reset than the iTunes Restore or Erase & Reset?

i got new iphone , migrated old iphone 4 seems have majorly screwed lot of things system wide , want fullest possible reset before driving iphone store. i've tried itunes restore new phone , erase settings & reset iphone settings have not solved problem , put phone @ ios8.1, not factory 8.0 came with, makes me think these aren't erasing everything. there deeper level of reset wipe low level corrupt files , dial me original ios 8.0 image came iphone out of box?
 

dfu restore. may need download 8.0, i'm not sure if apple still signs 8.0.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
