Fresh install of Yosemite questions.

hey everybody,

still new rmbp (and enjoying much).

anyhow, plan on doing fresh install of yosemite soon. have yosemite install disk (usb flash drive) created (actually 2 of them in case), , mavericks backups in time machine date

questions...

after install yosemite, know can restore documents, apps can restore mavericks backups? i'm assuming can restore firefox, opera web browser, alfred, , apps that.

mail? can restore mail app email accounts , settings back, or (or should i) recreate them scratch?

system preferences? have go through them again?

tia, , other appreciated.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
