iPhone 4s and hotspot data usage

i'm in temporary situation have iphone 4s, at&t cellular hotspot , apple tv. have unlimited data plane on iphone 5gb on hotspot. if airplay using iphone connected hotspot network connection required between atv , iphone using hotspot data or iphone data plan? there way turn off hotspot cellular leaving hotspot acting strictly router? bottom line want use iphone data plan stream video , not use hotspot data. in advance help.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
