Mac Mini SSD Installation question

just bought owc 240gb 6g ssd drive. mid 2011 mac mini 5400rpm drive in it. going remove 5400 rpm drive after installing ssd.

1) plan hook ssd externally (usb enclosure owc) , clone carbon copy cloner.

question 1) once cloned there way test external drive (ssd drive) make sure when install it work? last thing want install , won't boot. realize if not hooked correctly may not work, assuming love pre test it.

side question -

has 8gb memory. real reason go 16gb (meaning have scrap both 4gb modules)? uses mail, internet, iphoto, word.
 

sure... once clone done, shutdown. upon restart hold option key , select ssd in external boot drive test out.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
