Mac suddenly slow on the local network

hi everyone!
i've used imac without problem on router-managed local network, effortlessly accessing windows pc's shared folders , synology nas.
working on nas via smb slower mac if compared pc, acceptable , moving files mac pc fast. until today, is.
didn't touch or change anything, can copy or move small files. if try moving big files, mac takes ages calculate remaining time , gives estimates 3 hours 1gb, advancing mbs every once , , (apparently) doing nothing inbetween. takes long cancel transfer, should tell clicking tiny x on file transfer window.
tried pinging windows machine , around 0.35ms, looks normal me.
idea what's gone bogus , why? or maybe more tests run?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
