Late 2009 iMac ticking sound

hello

recently, i've been hearing strange noises form late 2009 27" imac. it's ticking of sorts, it's been sporadic past week today it's been constant while computer idle.

gut says it's hard drive, googling psu? if helps, sounds clearer when put ear right apple logo. here's poor recording: http://clyp.it/qtva2lxd.mp3

know eligible hard drive replacement program apple had, never got around taking in.

i'm due install ssd in optical drive bay next week, should pop in new hard drive while i'm @ it?
 

90% it's harddrive it. it's failing , should (twice) , change hdd.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
