iTunes Playback Issues After Yosemite Upgrade

hi all. on mid-2011 27" imac running yosemite 10.10.1, have 3.1 ghz intel core 5, 8gb memory 3 external drives. since going mavericks yosemite, have had nothing problems itunes intermittently starting/stopping. during this, hard drive crashed , replaced @ local citymac store. anyway, i've tried disabling wifi, dropbox, google drive, icloud, i've tried turning off genius , match, i've tried reinstalling, i've copied playlist on hard drive (it on 1 of external hard drives) no avail. other applications seem work, although i've been getting spinning beach ball more care since hard drive replaced. hard drives functioning normally. i've repaired disk permissions in safe mode , reset pram well. i've been on apple forums no answers. suggestions appreciated frustrated issue!:confused:

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
