iPad battery issues in cold with iOS 8

our clients running outdoor games using tablets. after upgrading ipad2-s , 3-s ios8 dramatic decrease in battery performance in cold reported.

people claiming after 1 hour in -5*c tablets shutting down peculiar "overheated" message. after warming come life.

ipads great in cold, beating android devices large margin.

has encountered , maybe know if issue discussed somewhere? seems way battery monitored has changed in ios8.

run our own test (just trying find ipads old ios still on them compare).

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
