I lost all the letters, there is no backup.

i lost emails in outlook express. happened suddenly. turn on pc. opened outlook express , saw there no letters. thought glitch. did not find them in recycle bin even. hoping it's because of compression, recycle bin empty. no, did not find files. backup not exist. although backups.
come conclusion someone's bad joke or revenge something. please tell me how recover emails. i'm afraid can not without help.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
