Will the 2014 be a big improvement over my 2011 Base Model?

i know 1 of threads, bear me.

have 2011 base mini running 8gb ram.

new base model improvement me? more important, worthwhile improvement?

main uses general purpose browsing etc, running plex server couple of roku boxes, , being plex client well.
 

the usb 3.0 alone should noticeable difference, if you're regularly transferring files.

put nice ssd in current 2011 (that's did) , you'll 90% of way there, uses.

if can pick thunderbolt dock cheap, can have usb 3.0 on old 2011 model.

updated base 2011 caldigit dock, added ram (8gb total) , samsung 840 pro 256gb ssd. pretty quick. i'd looking @ $900 comparable 2014 mini. not sure want pull trigger, yet.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac give...

Unable to connect to wifi - 10.6.8

my isp forced me buy 3.0 docsis modem, once installed had reset router well. mb pro connected newly setup network fine 30 min. stopped working after having configured network security. issue has nothing network security, allow me explain... when select neighbors locked network, click connect , guess @ password, computer returns "invalid password". when same on own network connected to, says "connection failed". tells me has storage of information network had connected since implementing desired settings network.
