Mavericks Keychain Access FUBAR

suddenly today keychain access fouled up.

created new secure note in login keychain. when try open it, not asked password. instead, see error message "access item restricted -25320 "

can no longer open item in keychain.

account of administrator.

, other administrator (both me) , admin group have rw privileges user folder. others have no access.

have repaired permissions on boot volume (where user account is).

logged out , logged in.

repaired keychain access app using menu command (no errors found).

looked @ ~/library/keychains ls -al

resolved recovery hd

resolved.

booted recovery hd, repaired boot volume, again repaired permissions.

on reboot, keychain access appeared not respond when tried launch it. after 2 minutes or so, appeared, , worked again.

twenty years on mac os, , new experience me.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac give...

Unable to connect to wifi - 10.6.8

my isp forced me buy 3.0 docsis modem, once installed had reset router well. mb pro connected newly setup network fine 30 min. stopped working after having configured network security. issue has nothing network security, allow me explain... when select neighbors locked network, click connect , guess @ password, computer returns "invalid password". when same on own network connected to, says "connection failed". tells me has storage of information network had connected since implementing desired settings network.
