iPhone 4 (Pre-owned)

hello all. suspect may recipient of bad news here, here goes. purchased pre-owned iphone4 shop. when later sat down 'personalise' it, found not download apps or music, previous owners username , password being requested.

eventually, went factory reset remove previous owners details, find still required them complete reset! fortunate enough work out previous owners email address phone , sent them email, explaining situation. unfortunately, when went in remove phone itunes account, wasn't there!

suggestions? (apart taking phone shop) :confused:

 

contact previous owner , ask them follow these steps remove device account:

sign in icloud account @ www.icloud.com/find.
click devices open list of devices linked account, select device removed. should show gray dot or word “offline” next device name.
click "remove account" remove device account.

after device removed previous owner’s account, turn device off pressing , holding sleep/wake button located on top-right side of device. restart device , proceed device setup normally.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
