Dilemma: What should I buy to last me until the iPhone 6s?

hi, all.
long story short, i'm not in love iphone 6 (and hoping 6s better) need replacement phone (my iphone 4 on last leg).

plan buy , re-sell when 6s comes out (i.e., in 6-9 months).

options:

-1- new 5s $585 (including tax).
-2- "mint" used 5s swappa $425 (or maybe they'll take $400, if i'm lucky).
-3- condition 5s gazelle (they have none in excellent condition) $380.

option think represents best deal if i'm planning sell when 6s comes out?

well suggest buy 1 ebay in conditions or gazelle why 5s if you're going buy 6s, go iphone 5 still speedy , no problems ios 8

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
