Bluetooth not letting me "forget device"

on both of ios devices (iphone 5/ipad air) under bluetooth setting having problem trying forget bluetooth devices.

example computer on list , "not connected". go connect , says can't connect , make sure devices in range , bluetooth turned on. mind bluetooth switched "on" on devices , literally right next each other.

try "forget device" , option greyed out , not available me leaving me when devices bluetooth remembers won't connect , can't rid of.

there way force ios device delete bluetooth devices?

hope makes sense.
 

this seems icloud/handoff/continuity. have bunch of devices on phone , ipad can't forgotten.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
