iphone 6 plus installed ios8.1.2 , seeing thin blue rectangle appear on display. manifests in 2 ways: (1) when come out of black locked screen 1 inch wide transparent light blue line top bottom of display starts @ left side , moves right side, similar scan taking place, happens 1 time while screen active, not happen, not happen again during active session until again come out of black locked screen. (2) while screen active displays rectangular block thin blue line (has no blue fill), rectangle surrounds top group of 4 icon groups , starts making way down screen stopping @ each icon group starts again @ top repeat without stopping. depending on screen or app active rectangular box thin blue line displays , makes way , outlining each data input , display position on screen , starts again on same screen repeat without stopping. tried rebooting , hard rebooting no resolution. restored iphone factory configuration ios8.1.2 elected restore last backup , problem still happening. not sure hardware failure ios8.1.2 has issue graphics display software/firmware/hardware or offending installed app. looking ios8.1.3 update resolve instead of visiting apple store replacement phone.

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
