WebView does not resize to fit the screen

i started writing blog/rss reader app blog, , far, works without major issues except web page content not resize fit screen on iphone. not sure why won't work. related, when switch landscape mode, there's small white space between top of app , web view.

i've tried:
- sizing added web view in story builder fill storyboard.
- clicked "scale pages fit" checkbox.

couldn't find or think of else try.

i'm still rather new writing non-gaming/opengl es oriented apps ios, don't know why isn't working. ideas? thanks.
