has used the apple reuse & recycling programme?

got quote of £300 iphone 5s, sent them on 22nd of september, signed on 23rd of september , i've heard nothing since. reference number doesn't work on website. i've sent emails every email address can find them , used contact form. i've called twice don't have access , promise call back, guess what, no 1 does.

they've got £300 of property , don't have courtesy acknowledge receipt, let alone make sort of suggestion might give me money.

has had dealings them? ever reply? ever pay out? i'm sure things busy new iphone release it's getting bit now.

surprised haven't had reply yet.

got quote iphone 5 (64gb, unlocked, black) on launch day of iphone 6 £220. given £55 more nearest competition, decided go it.

sent away on monday 22nd september. seem quite strict honouring quote unless it's received within 5 days. pre-paid shipping label 48 hour royal mail delivery service, when came thursday , status wasn't updated, did digging online number call.

@ point, wished had done before sent phone away. not single positive review regarding dataserv. negative.

anyways... found number call (00800 8765 00 02) , spoke somebody. advised process is: items sent central uk location, sent on germany assessment/testing. asked guy spoke if @ least confirm if phone made uk location. took number never called me back.

wasn't until last saturday (4th october) received communication via email phone had been received , ready take bank details. went on site , did this, , status has been sitting @ "awaiting credit note" since. no indication whether or not phone had been tested or met grade regarding original quote of yet.

i've read of few reviews find online, can bit sneaky regarding assessments. iphone 5 sent them in immaculate condition, i'll extremely surprised if offered below quote given.

though i've not completed process yet, i'd advise people not use service. communication horrible. can't believe partnered apple.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac give...

My first few hours on Mac Mini 2014: pls help

my mac mini (my first mac!) arrived today. powered on , crashed during set (i got rainbow wheel not go away), not start! crashed while setting keychain, there else set after that? forced power off , after restart mini went straight desktop instead of going through set again. tried download software use not find mac version of keepass http://keepass.info/ knows download it? display: using dell u2412m, windows laptop crisp, mac mini appears pixelated, knows how fix this? bought photography not ideal. other have first impression of mac os positive , mini fast despite traditional hdd. thanks mac virgin   what happened when crashed?   Forums Macs Desktops Mac mini iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad App...
