Mail and Gmail on Yosemite?

hey all- mavericks is, , has been since launch, crushing soul way mail works(or really, doesn't work), gmail. have spent countless hours reinstalling accounts, entire os, on phone apple support, etc.

hoping/praying yosemite works mail , gmail, , thinking dling now. have insight on if working?
 

what kind of problem having? use mail several gmail accounts on mavericks on multiple macs, no problems whatsoever. don't think yosemite solution. need troubleshoot issues you're having, aren't result of version of os x you're running.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
