Drag and Drop disables on OS X ??

the problem::

after 20 mins, i can't drag , drop on dock (moving dock icons around), nor in itunes (dragging songs playlists etc).

@ first, thought happening in dj software (traktor pro 2), because after 5-20 mins of djing go try move song around , nothing happen. while watching tutorials ableton live, , had ableton live running in background, happened again. , seeing how drag locks itunes , dock think it's yosemite problem. dragging folders , files on desktop works fine though..
ideas what's causing this? logging out , in temporarily fixes problem.

background::

refurbished mbp retina 15" 2013 pretty maxed out. mac partition broke out of , had reinstall mavericks , yosemite again. installing seemed work fine, , have pretty exact same programs, i'm not sure causing this?

have windows 8.1 partition 3 paragon ntfs software installed.
 

ok know fact it's not music or djing software causing this, gave rest , started watching videos quicktime while , sure enough dock dragging froze up.

ideas anyone? or going need re-install again.

i'm gonna call mac tomorrow hoping figure out before hand.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac give...

Unable to connect to wifi - 10.6.8

my isp forced me buy 3.0 docsis modem, once installed had reset router well. mb pro connected newly setup network fine 30 min. stopped working after having configured network security. issue has nothing network security, allow me explain... when select neighbors locked network, click connect , guess @ password, computer returns "invalid password". when same on own network connected to, says "connection failed". tells me has storage of information network had connected since implementing desired settings network.
