5s mainframe Failure

just had total failure of mainframe. (phone cannot reboot)
of course, happened after 1 year warranty coverage period !
(apple said bad, buy one, if breaks again, can talk it.)

else had failure?
there has been poor production out of china manufactoring.

having doubts buying more apple products.
 

what mean? casing if of phone fell apart? i'm confused! post pics! lol

My first few hours on Mac Mini 2014: pls help
