Lacie Rugged Thunderbolt (exchanging a HDD with SSD)?

hey guys,

have ssd drive use imac. buy lacie rugged th (1gb hdd version) , replace hdd ssd drive? work that?
 

yes ... work great! can refurb 1tb lacie rugged thunderbolt/usb3.0 drives $99 macmall. swap ssd , repurpose hard drive. great little enclosure. ssd using ... don't want overpower older high-power ssd of 500gb or more. newer ones should work fine.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
