Trash Size Stuck

my trash stuck @ 50.28 gb when click "get info". doesn't change @ if more items added, or when trash emptied.

i've reset pram, smc, re-indexed drive, replaced hidden trash folders, repaired drive using disk utility, hooked each of external hd's see if items on there, tried bogus cleaning apps try , empty caches may not have thought about.

if delete file, , empty trash, available disk size change. not trash, it's driving me crazy not knowing size , whether or not stuck 50.28 gb holding space on hard drive.

appreciated before go final route , format macbook new.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
