Instant hotspot - not working?

running final public release of yosemite (15" retina mbp late 2013), , updated iphone 6+ 8.1, , instant hotspot isn't working...

old method of using hotspot (manually enable hotspot on phone, wait aaaaages hotspot appear in wifi menu) work, method shown in yosemite screenshots apple doesn't work - there's no separate "personal hotspots" section in wifi menu , can't create hotspot laptop.

tips on how working?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
