Garageband for "Intel Core Solo" Mac mini with OS X 10.6.8

a friend of mine has 1.5 ghz "intel core solo" mac mini os x 10.6.8 ("early 2006" model) , use garageband on it.

know ilife '09 runs on machine found older link on apple's support pages says "garageband learn play requires intel-based mac dual-core processor or better."

don't understand term "garageband learn play". same "garageband" or 2 different applications? garageband ilife '09 run on such old mac mini? know before buys ilife '09.

tips!

'learn play' specific feature, doesn't affect rest of app if it's never used, long isn't reason using it, should ok. fact asking indicate isn't reason using it(!). :d

of course better mac, better run, long meets general system requirements (which sounds does) should useable. recommend consider maxing out ram (it takes 2gb believe), should quite cheap machine.
