Problems with 2nd Monitor, Creative Suite and Mavericks

hi all,

i've been having trouble way mavericks handles dual monitor use.

use adobe creative suite lot, in way have panels on left screen, , documents on right one. in mavericks though, software can't remember - each time switch app , back, repositions on same screen. able fix turning off "displays have separate spaces” in system preferences.

solves cs-problem, happens menu bar , dock on 1 of monitors. question is, there way have menu bar , dock on both monitors without turning "displays have separate spaces” on?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
