Final Cut "Studio?"

so i've purchased final cut pro , when install there second folder called "final cut studio" comes it. inside find apple administrator, apple qmaster, compressor & soundtrack pro....which present when install logic well. strange me, there seems 2nd final cut pro app in folder got white circle w/ slash through it. indication program not compatible w/ current os , out of date. when try open receive message "may damaged out incomplete".

normal? seems kind of odd me way should be.
 

when final cut pro, final cut pro x? if yes, version did buy?

cannot find mention of apple administrator, apple qmaster, compressor & soundtrack pro in show package contents of final cut pro x 10.1.4, latest updated version of x.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
