AT&T voice over LTE (VoLTE) iPhone 6 Plus

i live in portland, oregon, at&t enabled voice on lte, not getting on phone. friend has same phone me gets fine.

have original phone number, has california area code. might issue? at&t enabling volte area code , not towers phone connecting to? if so, aware of workaround? not want change number volte, use since have equipment (iphine 6 plus) support it.

from experiments , in order volte work need reseed sim card. not sure if call reseating or reseeding!!!

power down iphone
eject sim
wait 5 minutes max
power on iphone
wait iphone power , past lock screen , , no sim
insert sim card

may require wifi network, should go far downloading new profile

idea :
iphone unlocked ?? maybe try diffenret sim carrier profile load , load at&t??

reseeding sim card should give volte
if not, maybe can go at&t store , make sure have correct imei on account or maybe make "reprovsion" sim card. whatever means.

called cell phone company once , asked them "re provision " , had no clue talking

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
