2012 MM i7 2.6Ghz - is it worth of extra $230 over 2.3Ghz?


being big fan of mac minis looking replace main mm 2009 2.6ghz more current. after 2014 release have doubts 2014 mm values anymore therefore decided snatch 2012 i7 2.6ghz $839 before gone forever...
still can i7 2.3ghz version less, $230 exact.
main question need - 2.6ghz bto version worth of $230?

i'm not sure if heat/noise between 2 can deciding factor besides price.

mm 2011 i5 feeding 55" tv screen flawlessly used ht only.
loaded 16gb & 500gb ssd overkill streaming i'm going swap memory either 2012 model sure.

2014 not cost effective me since similar 2014 mm i7 16gb ssd have pay more.
