iPhone 6 plus not sending mms to non-iphone users

hi folks,

have iphone 6+. i'm running latest ios , tmobile carrier. i'm having issues mms not sending non-ios users. android in particular. happens regardless if i'm on wifi or using cellular data. wondering if knows how fix issue of if you're having similar issues. know iphone 4s had similar issue once in blue moon happens every non imessage send. know happening regardless of carrier send message to.
 

check settings - cellular - cellular data network.
mms settings should have tmus apn under mms.

can reset settings @ bottom of screen , see if makes difference. did use new sim card or old? may need call tmo , ask them dump off network , add on.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
