Yosemite + Cisco AnyConnect + iPhone - Doesn't work

i have encounter strange situation yosemite , cisco anyconnect secure mobility client (all recent versions including latest 3.1.05187). if mac using internet connection of iphone (via bluetooth or wifi), when connect client stops working, internet traffic on tunnel, using split tunnel split dns our internal addresses. somehow dns not working anymore. can ping via ip not name, cannot ping address internet unless add again manually default route.

/etc/resolv.conf disappears entirely, after authenticating on anyconnect.

encounter problem?

Is this battery use normal

i have 2014 11-inch haswell macbook air i5 1.4 / 8 gb / 128 gb. had since october, 3rd mba. clean install of yosemite. virtually no apps installed. no flash. if have bluetooth off , brightness 2/3 might scrap 6 hours of battery use. not using the web. i'm typically using nisus or basic text editor (bbedit) browsing web, on text based sites, no flash, adblock on, 5 or 6 tabs 4.5 hours. watching film 2.5 hours. if leave computer on nothing open, , go sleep disabled, lasts 7 hours. it's not yosemite. getting same on mavericks. know people 12 hours or on 11-inch haswell wifi off, , writing on text editor. took apple shop, nothing showed on battery test, did clean install in case of runaway process (ironically, have runaway process giving me 2 hours battery life total, that's on thread)   there many factors impact battery life. see battery life charge se...
