General can I still jailbreak iOS 7.1.2?

have iphone 4s ios 7.1.2. possible still jailbreak 7.1.2 without installing ios 8.1? know have use pangu, i'm afraid might forced upgrade. i'm relatively new jailbreak scene.

jailbreaking not require restore, or @ least evasi0n , pangu jailbreaks not.

said, it's smart backup phone before commit jailbreak. process easy , straightforward.

My first few hours on Mac Mini 2014: pls help
