OTG Airport iPad Deployments, Working with Apple?

what's thoughts around otg's ipad deployments airlines in lagurdia, newark, , minneapolis? wondering how able lock down , remove apple branded apps , restrict home screen. working apple or think bootlegged own firmware.
 

they using system is, or similar "air watch", manages corporate mass deployed ios devices.

in settings general, once remove provisioning profile, becomes normal ipad again.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
