Macbook Air mid 2012 Battery Health

hello guys. have macbook air mid 2012, battery has 304 cycles , health goes 84-85%.

haven't tested battery see in real life how performs keep plugged in of time.

there can improve battery health? find 85% bit low 300± cycles.

, question - should use mavericks or yosemite better battery life? running yosemite.

cycles isn't import thing. age, type of battery, usage pattern etc decides. fact, can tell having plugged in of time more damage exercising rutinely.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
