iPhone Remove conflicting tweaks

help everyone. hoping can me. inadvertently installed iconomatic while have sbhtml enabled causing phone instantly reboot upon opening lock screen. how can uninstall iconomatic via ifunbox? have deleted iconomatic file in var/mobile/library not working , continue reboot. appreciated.

 

so figured out how safe mode , removed conflicting tweaks can't out of safe mode! grrr
