How do I find a running program?

this may complete windows noob ignorance, or may having problem. don’t know enough win tell yet. installed win 8.1 on 5k imac via bootcamp yesterday play few windows games, flight simulators aren’t available mac.

use usb peripheral called trackir, tracks head movements. when left view on screen goes left, etc. moving head around, view on screen changes follow i’m looking. use it, launch trackir software (i downloaded latest version) , screen appears can calibrate it, make adjustments, save profiles, etc. launch flight sim, , works fine.

problem is, if want go trackir software , make more adjustments, can’t find anywhere. quit game , tir app still running, hidden. if click icon in tray, error message saying it’s running, ok button close dialog, how it?

either need find running app can adjust it, or quit , relaunch it, can adjust way, neither 1 seems possible. way i’ve found again reboot windows, not solution.

appreciated!

right click dock , on contextual menu select start task manager.

there can see apps, processes , services running.
