Defective iphone 6, what are my options?

i bought iphone 6 on launch day, ordered apple store online sisters credit card. last week started blue screen followed reboot, first once every day, started getting worse... can use phone periods of 5 minutes till blue or red screen. after research found out it's hardware issue... live 7 hours away closest apple store cant take checked...

have send checked? exchange if don't have apple care? i'm not sure if want iphone since ive had wifi issues , this, refund possible?
 


if there apple store close you..... make appointment , take in. if not call them arrange mail in. unless damaged did. should replaced.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
