Help regarding what options to choose for video editing

hi !

have macbook "late 2008" noisy, on heats , can't handle editing videos on imovie anymore.

started youtube channel since macbook couldn't job anymore, had stop. i'd don't know computer choice make.

i've been thinking of getting imac quite while i'm not sure.

got used macbook air secondary option i'm still looking "main computer"

should try reinitialise macbook , editing on ? think manage ? how ram can handle? curently has 8go , 256 ssd hard drive. work imovie ? , work mean @ proper speed?

or, imac ? feel 27" big component way better in 21,5" and, buy standard 8go ram , uprgrade cheaper price tag later on.

imac 21,5" 16go ram, 1tb fusion drive , i5 processor enough heavy use of imovie , multitasking? or need upgrade processor i7 ?
had @ mac mini iris intel whatever graphic chip no go me.

i'm still student imac huge investment me that's why need help.
best "price/quality" , great longevity. , kick ass speed , multitasking.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
