Syncing to Exchange server in Apple Mail using offline mode woes

this might seem particularly odd question, considering answer obviously, "only use email while you're online" boss of company lot of email work offline. use microsoft exchange our email accounts , have them enabled through apple mail , in mail app on iphone. anyway...

boss lot of email work while not connected internet using apple mail. happens when he's on flight. compose emails, send them, create , delete folders, move messages other folders, delete messages, etc. now, when lands , connects laptop internet, of work did while offline reset , did nothing @ all. needless he's super frustrated.

suspected problem having iphone on while he's doing offline work on mac. have tried duplicate problems doing same things in apple mail phone turned off first. while not connected internet send emails, create folders, move messages around, etc. when went online again synced perfectly. messages sent , moved messaged were supposed be.

tried exact same tests iphone on , caused nothing problems. folders created tens of times on server, messages moved folders apple mail app didn't move on server, etc etc.

our iphones set "push" our exchange email accounts. without him turning off phone , turning on again after syncs mac, there way avoid mess? switching "push" "fetch every 15 minutes" or of nature help? i'm @ loss trying figure out , he's getting more , more upset.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
