Issue after iCloud restore on ipad

hello having trouble icloud restoring on ipad. backup included 2 apps purchased on different apple id. after restore prompted enter password different apple id access itunes store, entered password , apps appeared start downloading , stops, apps beginning load on home screen disappear. concerned 1 app in particular "noteshelf" has notes school. tried checking past purchases under app store , noteshelf app shows second disappears. know app purchased new apple id doesnt show in past purchases or if disappears while trying download.i checked app store , still available asks me repurchase app. have 2 icloud backups ipad, 1 of 1gb other 1.3gb, ladder contains noteshelf app trying restore. restore seems incomplete. ideas on how recover app?

things i've tried:
-3 r's (restart, reset, restore)
-icloud backup , restore done ota
-checked past purchases both accounts, personal apple id shows app in past purchases disappears
-restored backup 4 times
-removed apps ipad purchased different apple id
-signed out/in itunes
-restrictions off

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
