iOS 8.1.1 T-Mobile 4G/LTE Issues

after updating ios 8.1.1 cell network t-mobile has been stuck on 4g , goes lte. when in exact same area out moving network goes full lte down 4g , won't go back. after update has been 95% of time on 4g has been lte in past. else having lte issues since updating?
 

i'm seeing exact same issue it's not due 8.1.1. i've started seeing issue last week.

think because of this, has been draining battery 50% overnight.

talked rep @ t-mo , suggested update 8.1.1 , see if problem persists.

My first few hours on Mac Mini 2014: pls help
