How to properly hand in an iPhone (avoid Apple ID lock)?

hello everyone!

i'm purchase second-hand iphone 4s (get trusted seller on ebay, instance).

here message extremely unwilling ever read off new iphone's display:
"this iphone linked apple id (******@****.***). sign in apple id used set iphone".

please tell me, actions shall ask seller take before sending me iphone, don't run apple id link issue once update or factory reset it.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
