Upgrading nMP RAM (ECC or no?)

hey guys, i've been googling mad ecc stuff , still couldn't find answer i'm looking for. long story short, ecc corrects errors @ cost of performance , more expensive. i'd know whether worth me ecc video editing , music production. tasks benefit ecc? :d
 

for things can away not using ecc ram. smartphones, macs other mac pros, , pcs don't use ecc ram. ecc best used precision important, long calculations must correct or have waste time redo them. ecc 2% slower, , not noticeable in tasks.

notice if pixel if frame in video wrong shade? errors happen, or not. may never notice. want guaranteed accuracy, why workstations traditionally used ecc ram both system ram , video card ram.

in short, depends on expectations of accuracy. not doing calculations, in general ok.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
