Question : MKV to iTunes - How To Keep Language Track ?

hello
have lots of mkv movies files.
today i'm using atv 3 "plex connect" watch them on tv.
ii found skysoft application transfer mkv mov file can put files itunes library .
mkv files have 2 dubbed languages , in plex can choose language want.
when using skysoft doesn't give option choose language prefer , after mov file ready , play in itunes , itunes doesn't give me option choose.
there application convert 720p hd mkv files mov files , give option choose language want?

 

first of : mov files don't play :apple:tv.
second - why don't take mp4tools , re-mux them :apple:tv-compatible m4v-s??
mp4tools has no problems multiple sound tracks.

begin with: movie needs m4v :apple:tv search multiple audio tracks in it!

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
