OSC V10.10 and Skype

i running os x v10.10.

install latest version of skype on imac, forewarned of possible problems (e.g. "libflavors", etc.) may cause unit crash. furthermore, installer wants access keychain , getting adware popups reluctant grant access. skype community terse , divided on best do.

thoughts or cautionary advice?
 

i haven't bothered yosemite (yet) more upgrade mbp in new year once apple iron out of these issues i've been following on forums. skype... since (the 1 shall not named) bought out... adware going problem because of it's owners are.

thing can suggest if current version still working don't upgrade until adware problem either reduced or severely limited? :eek:

My first few hours on Mac Mini 2014: pls help

my mac mini (my first mac!) arrived today. powered on , crashed during set (i got rainbow wheel not go away), not start! crashed while setting keychain, there else set after that? forced power off , after restart mini went straight desktop instead of going through set again. tried download software use not find mac version of keepass http://keepass.info/ knows download it? display: using dell u2412m, windows laptop crisp, mac mini appears pixelated, knows how fix this? bought photography not ideal. other have first impression of mac os positive , mini fast despite traditional hdd. thanks mac virgin   what happened when crashed?   Forums Macs Desktops Mac mini iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad App...
