iPhone Photostream loading only thumbnails

my photostreams (shared , own) - not "recent photo" folder - visible on new iphone 6. when scroll through them, photos appear (the thumbnails), none of them seem have loaded fully, because when click on thumbnail there "loading..." popup disappears after few seconds once original-sized photo loaded. makes looking @ old photos annoying , impossible when on bad connection or plane.

normal? did setup iphone 6 new , photos not "loading in background" still because have had phone on 1 week.

please help.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
