Doubt about payment status, apple store online

hello,
name julian , follow these forums long time, first time participate.

bought iphone 6 on online apple store last black friday 50$ giftcard.

in site, order separate in 2 items, gift card costing 50$, , iphone 50$ under price.

paid debit card , apple hold 50 $ on bank account, today receive gift card , in bank payment of 50$ has become effective.

doubt apple yet not hold funds of iphone on bank account, in bank there no record of purchase of phone (only 50 $ of gift card), don't know if normal, on apple site status of iphone "processing items" , have not received information status payment of phone.

delivery date is: dec 15- dec 18

question is, when apple hold funds in bank account?, normal haven't charged or holded funds yet?

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
