MBP Retina RAM Upgrade (Mid 2012)

hi,

have 8gb ram. wondering, possible upgrade ram? i'm not sure, heard it's difficult impossible due retina. (easier non-retina devices upgrade)

of done it? need take specialist?

ps: did search before posting, couldn't find.
 

macbook air or retina macbook pro, instance, ram not upgradable. macbook pro retina display ram soldered onto logic board, means cannot upgraded after purchased.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
