iPad 3 cellular with iPad 3 wifi firmware

hi, name rogerio , im new in forum , since im brazilian guy english not good, im asking antecipated apologies.
so, i've bought used ipad 3 , guy sold me, told me ipad 3 wifi. when took out smart cover, saw sim card entrance. 've opened , putted microsim in it, ipad firmware isnt cellular firmware , menu of ipad dont give me option setup 3g/4g ( i've checked model of ipad , trully cellular model. so, i've downloaded cdma firmware, when try install using itunes message says version im trying install, isnt compatible firmware.
bonus : power button ( on/off) works turn on or turn off, doesnt work lock screen down.
please, if im using wrong section ask, apologies again.

you can't use wifi firmware on cellular model , vice versa. cannot use cdma firmware on gsm or vice versa.

best way put ipad in dfu mode keeping connected itunes on pc. restore itunes downloads right firmware based on device type.

guarantee correct firmware installed.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
