internal 3.5 1.44mb floppy in a G4B&W or G4 mac?

yes know can usb floppy drive rather in tower under cd tray rather zip drive there now..
alot of hardware comes drivers on floppies + obscure software bought ebay etc

talking friend possibility of using imation superdrive
floppy drive said connected via standard 40pin ide

have experience ?
im hoping hear yes..;) dont wnat waste time..
 

i don't think there's way traditional floppy drive possible. if was, wouldn't work under os x.

ls-120 drive in place of zip drive might doable. let me dig out internal one(i think have few around somewhere) , i'll experiment , see find.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
