Force closing an app (that won't force close)

this seems quite common problem can't seem find fix online.

battle.net launcher not close love nor money. think main reason unable shut down rmbp.

if select force close, nothing.

doesn't blizzard going fixing time there more reliable way of force closing program?

in advance.
 

you can use kill command in terminal (you'll need pid, use top find that), or apple menu, can initiate force quit

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
